Paula Grieco
Co-Founder/Principal
Business Development Strategies
Paula develops world-class business development strategies for our clients. Her background combines senior management experience in sales, marketing, professional services, and business development with a strong foundation in technology. Paula and her team have particular expertise in maximizing sales and marketing effectiveness for corporate enterprises that offer complex products and services to a sophisticated audience. Industry specializations include: software technology, insurance, professional services, and financial services.

Paula leads the strategy practice with a fervent focus on providing clients real and measurable business results. Passionate about our clients' revenue growth, Paula leverages a significant track record in company building to ensure that all engagements result in innovative and practical solutions to business challenges.

Prior to founding etimes3, Paula developed and implemented practical strategies for clients with a focus on sales, marketing, and business development. Engagements focused on providing concrete deliverables and maximizing bottom-line results.

Previously, Paula served as vice president of sales and marketing for Edgewater Technology, a leading technology consulting and systems integration firm serving corporations worldwide. During her tenure with Edgewater, the company was ranked in the New England Fast 50 and Technology 500 and achieved more than a ten-fold increase in revenue growth. Paula led all sales and marketing initiatives and also made significant contributions in business planning, strategic direction, methodology development, and training. She led the launch of the firm's award-winning product, WhiteCap, a computer telephony and Web integration platform. Before joining Edgewater, Paula headed up business development for a leading software and services firm focused on the financial services industry. Paula was instrumental in the firm's growth from a small business to the leading provider of software and specialized software to investment firms. Paula also held key technical and marketing positions Cullinet Software the first and leading provider of network-based database technology.

Paula holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer systems and business disciplines from Suffolk University - Boston.

Ginger Walsh
Co-Founder / Principal
Technology Operations
Ginger directs the business solutions and technical implementation practice of etimes3. She focuses on coordinating, defining, and streamlining processes that integrate rapid development with high-quality results. Ginger was an early adopter and an advocate for using web technologies for solving real business problems. A fanatic about process and service, she focuses on improving online communications between project teams and clients to help educate and inform while delivering projects-on time, on target and on budget.

Prior to founding etimes3, Ginger co-founded an Internet consulting company providing creative design, web site development, project and process management services to corporate and technology companies.

Previously, Ginger served as Manager of Internet Communication for The Boston Globe, a New York Times Company newspaper. She was instrumental in defining the strategic direction of The Globe's intranet and extranet and consulted on the development of two generations of The New York Times Company intranet. She managed the intranet and extranet technical and content team, while developing an inter-departmental strategic partnership for ongoing creative direction and design. Leaders in the publishing industry recognized the efforts of this award-winning team both here and abroad.

Ginger started her career at the Boston Globe in Advertising. She followed her passion for technology to the IT department where she focused on educating and supporting technological advancement across the company. Her focus was on streamlining business processes and educating users through training, inter-departmental consulting, the development of cross-departmental technology focused internships and small application development.

Ginger began her career in elementary education in the suburban Boston area. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in education from Boston College and a master's degree in management from Lesley College. Ginger is a member of the Boston College Technology Council and Student Mentoring Program.

Bridget Samuel
Vice President of Technology
Bridget delivers mission critical Web-based systems to corporations. She has over 12 years of consulting experience in software architecture and software development focusing on multi-tier Web and client-server technologies. In recent years, she has developed an expertise in insurance and financial services, technology firms, non-profit and manufacturing.

Bridget takes a strategic architectural view of all Etimes3 implementations - no matter the size - resulting in open, extensible, and end-user maintainable web applications for our clients. Bridget's technical leadership has resulted in several Etimes3 resusable module offerings providing clients sophisticated functionality at reasonable costs and in rapid timeframes.

Bridget uses her technical expertise in the Internet and n-tier application arena to apply concepts such as Microsoft .NET, Web-based technologies, catalog management, procurement, payment processing, order processing, security, and personalization. Certified as a Microsoft Solutions Developer and MCP+Site Builder, Bridget is proficient in Microsoft Windows 2000 and NT, SiteServer, XML, XSLT, Transaction Server, SQLServer, Visual Interdev, Visual C++, and Visual Basic. Her other software proficiencies include relational databases, client/server tools, UNIX, and 3-D graphics.

Previously, Bridget was a Director and technical architect at Breakaway Solutions (and acquired Eggrock Partners) where she helped to drive the company's technology direction. Bridget also has been a systems architect and Director of Technology at Edgewater Technology and has held numerous positions at Cambridge Technology Partners.

Bridget earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in computer science and music from Harvard College.
